We charge a small courier charges of Rs. 50/-  as delivery charges on every orders.

The products are primarily dispatched within  48  hours of receiving the order
The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.

Order cancellation

A client can request  for cancellation of his/her order , he wants  up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our client assistance. After the order is dispatched no order can be cancelled.

If at medisecret has reasons to believe that the order has been made with fraudulent purpose, Medisecret has the right to cancel the order without giving any notification to the customer.

Returns

Since we are dealing in ayurvedic Medicines and products , we are following no returns and or exchange of the product. Product is exchanged or returned only if the order is received in damaged condition. For damaged product , you need to write to us at rohitambit@gmail.com , within 3 days from the receipt of the damaged goods.

Refunds

After the order is cancelled the refund is processed to the customers account from which the payment has been made within 7-10 working days. Depending on the bank of the customer.
